Shipping policy

Please allow 8-14 working days for your custom order to be constructed and packaged. All orders are dispatched from Chills Workshop in Auckland, New Zealand.

You will receive an email to confirm once your item has been shipped, this will include a tracking number and courier updates will be available.

All products are sent using tracked New Zealand Courier Post (Carbon Neutral Delivery) non-signature service. 

Currently we only ship within New Zealand. Feel free to enquire about a quote if you would like shipping to a different location.

Orders take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive after being sent. 

Chills cannot send out orders to private bags or P.O. boxes.
