Shipping policy

All CHILLS orders are dispatched from our workshop in Auckland, New Zealand.

NEW ZEALAND

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Custom and commissioned pieces are made to order and require approximately 8–14 working days to be completed and packaged before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

AUSTRALIA

We offer flat-rate shipping to Australia.

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase, while custom and commissioned pieces require approximately 8–14 working days to be completed and packaged before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping service.

Please note that we are currently only shipping to New Zealand and Australia.
