Yes! We offer one free re-size after purchase and if any future modifications are needed we offer discounted rates to best suit your jewel and the wearability.

After solidifying your design with the jeweller, your piece can take from 1-2 weeks to complete + shipping time. This time may vary depending on how long it takes to source specific precious gemstones.

Repairs options include anything from re-stringing pearls & fixing a clasp to more tricky soldering jobs, building up worn gold or re-tipping claw settings.

Each piece is handmade, please be aware slight variances can occur. The metal is solid & will not wear, but may tarnish overtime when exposed to chlorine, sulfur & cosmetics. Tarnish can be removed easily with home remedies or contact hello@chillsjewellery.com for a complimentary polish if need be.
