Chills does not have a physical store, but is operated within Bijoux Gallery a shopfront & workshop in Ponsonby Tāmaki Makaurau. To inquire about commissioned Pieces, Chyna offers in-person meetings.

Unfortunately Chills cannot offer International shipping just yet, but a selection of Chills jewels are available to buy online and ship internationally through our stockists Monty’s, Uncommon & Caitlin Snell

When choosing your Chills Jewel please be mindful. No cancellations or changes can be made after purchase, as each piece will then made specific to the staple or custom design purchased. Items may only be returned for a full refund if the item is deemed faulty by the Chills Jeweller and is not able to be repaired or replaced.

After solidifying your design with the jeweller, your piece can take from 1-2 weeks to complete + shipping time. This time may vary depending on how long it takes to source specific precious gemstones.
