How do I find out my ring size?
There are a few ways to find out — take your favourite ring and measure the inside diameter in millimetres, from the measurement you are able to find out your size or visit your local jeweller to get your finger sized. In NZ and AU we use the alphabet system.
Do you offer Silver and Gold Plating?
We refrain from offering silver or gold-plated pieces due to their inferior durability and longevity when compared to the easily recyclable and more sustainable solid metals that we exclusively use.
Why do you exclusively work with solid gold and silver?
There are many reasons why we work with solid gold and silver exclusively.
Plated jewellery is much less sustainable as it's difficult to maintain, repair, and recycle, leading to a much shorter lifespan.
Solid metals also hold more value and do not tarnish or discolour over time.
Additionally, sterling silver is hypoallergenic, meaning individuals with sensitive skin do not need to worry about long-term wear.
What are the benefits of using 925 Sterling Silver?
Individuals with sensitive skin often question the hypoallergenic properties of sterling silver. For those prone to skin reactions, sterling silver can be an excellent choice.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Each piece is handmade, please be aware slight variances can occur.
The metal is solid & will not wear, but may tarnish over time when exposed to chlorine, sulfur & cosmetics. Tarnish can be removed easily with home remedies or contact hello@chillsjewellery.com for a complimentary polish if need be.
What is your Returns policy?
For commissions, no cancellations or changes can be made after purchase, as each piece is made specifically for you.
Items may only be returned for a full refund if there is a fault in the item that is unable to be repaired. For more information visit our Shipping & Returns page.
